Gavin Moon unexpectedly passed away December 25th on Christmas morning. He left this life peacefully in his sleep. Gavin is a warrior and a light. His impact on the world has been great and his story will continue to touch many.

Gavin, at 9 months old, was diagnosed with JMML (Leukemia,) which is an extremely rare type of blood cancer. In his short seven years of life, he has endured more pain than most adults. Gavin had such an amazing outlook on life and never complained even though he had experienced so many trials. He is an example of strength and determination, and a hero to many. We will miss you Gavin!
