Hello, my name is Tyler Bridges I am a husband and a father of 2 little kids my son who is 3 and my daughter who is 2 they are everything to me and they are everything to me.
When I was about 11, so back in 2007, I was staying the night at a friend's house. A freak accident happened, and I was attacked by a dog, and my face was mauled. I came close to dying that night but was very lucky. In the chaos, my front tooth was completely knocked out. I was able to find it, and at the hospital, they were able to put it back in. I ended up having to have more dental work on it shortly afterward as the root was dying. I thought that was the end of it, but I was wrong.
Fast forward to September of 2022, I was enjoying dinner and felt something crack. After taking another bite, that same tooth hurt like crazy. I got it checked out, and they told me that my tooth had broken from my jawbone because the jaw had absorbed the tooth material. It was fused by the root canal rod and the base of the jaw. They told me I had two options: one was having the tooth removed and having a flipper retainer with a tooth on it, or having a full-on implant done. **Given how tight my money was, I was not able to choose a full-on implant.** I had to take a loan out to be able to afford that removal and flipper.
But now it's June 2026, and it has become a nuisance. I do not feel comfortable anymore. I have to take the flipper out every time I need to eat because it brings the roof of my mouth down, and I can’t close my teeth all the way to chew. For me, it feels embarrassing for others to watch me take it out, and it brings my self-confidence down. **To get an implant done, my dental insurance only covers a little bit of it, and I cannot afford it, but I also can no longer take the feeling of being embarrassed because I am missing my front tooth.** Please help me get an implant to restore my self-confidence and the functionality of the front of my mouth.
