Hi I really hate having to do this but my family desperately needs money to help us find a new home. Our landlord came to the house yesterday to inform us he'd sold the house and gave us 28 days notice. He sold the house we had been living in for the past 3 years, 2 months ago and moved us next door. We knew this move was temporary but thought we had until summer to save money to find something else, this is not the case. We are absolutely gutted. I just want a safe home for my son where he doesn't have to worry where/when we'll go next. He keeps asking, can I bring my toys to the new house? He is such a sweet boy and doesn't deserve this uncertainty. If we can't raise the money and find a place he won't be able to take his things which breaks me heart.

Right before Covid struck Kevin had opened a new shop, it didn't survive the first lockdown. He has since moved the business online and though it is gaining traction it's just making enough to live week to week, not save the thousands that we'll need for rent, deposit, and someone to help move our home.
