Most of us have materialistic goals while some of us have goal of serving others and can go to any extent to achieve that. Meet Aditya Sathe, while fighting tough downturn in travel industry due to COVID19, focused on serving young and old, men and women in desperate need of help. This help is not just medical help but also to organize funerals (from his own pocket) for the deceased for whom no one else came forward due to the fear of catching COVID or other reasons. Aditya is doing this for last almost a year and almost full time, sometimes managing 3 funerals a day of completely unknown people, who had no one else to complete the post death rituals. He is doing this as a service, as an act of humanity selflessly. He has never asked for any returns or compensation for his service in these stressful times even though he has a family to take care of.
He is truly living the principles of great Swami Vivekanand of selfless service for the humanity.
This campaign is to help Aditya proactively, to appreciate his selfless act, to encourage everyone to do good and help others. The life can be best celebrated by helping others, by being there with them when they need us and by serving humanity.
