Hello Everyone im Benny The Jet Roofriguez....and heres my story....
1 st day with DAD

me and my big brother hit it right off..

hes showing me the ropes

I made sure to pay close attention...

I love sleeping on my papas shoulder...

I luv car rides....

I love sitting on my brothers face

Im just an adventurous puppy with a big heart...

I got out for my first time alone and had a terrible accident...and needed your help!!!

See me and my bro had gotten spooked two days prior due to thunder storm and my bro and I took off for first time ever,

My Dad thought he did his due diligence, but me being the adventure puppy I am i decided to check out past the perimeter myself and it didnt go so well...

Luckily my daddy found me on side of road in time to give me a fighting chance....

My Daddy was faced with a huge battle with know certain way of knowing if I’d be all right if he could afford the numbers the first place he took me was talking, not only did they but 6 other clinics told my Daddy to just let me go, but my Daddy knew better and didn’t give up on me…
Then someone told him to call Julian clinic, who was kind enough to not only listen to what I just went through but was honest said don’t come here not much I can do but hurry to SD VHS and I was on my way.
On our was my daddy emailed my X-rays from very first visit to the SD VHS and they took a look and right away they called me and told me I needed to go to the Specialty Drs at VSH North County
The team at VSH North county was truly amazing and helped me get back to my daddy in no time ….

And let me tell you the team there is the bee’s knees. They took such good care of me and kept my daddy in the loop. I got belly rubs, kisses and so many treats(they tasted a lil funny but still good) like the miracle they’re I was back to my daddy in no time…standing on my own at that!

9/27/24 4pm Benny Update>>> He's home and resting... His front half is ready to party, but the back half has some catching up to do. Still, the little man has the will and heart of a warrior. I think all those headbutts from his sister, Ms. Morgan Goat, paid off in the long run (for context, it’s just playful between them—nothing serious). He is truly one tough and resilient little guy. His brother was beyond excited, and Benny made sounds I’ve never heard come from him before. Right after he signaled that he needed to pee, I helped him out with the sling, removed it, and he did his thing. As he was finishing, he started heading toward the flock’s pen. Before I could react and get the sling around him again, he had already made it under and to the other side of our trailer to get to the flock. And like something out of a movie, I kid you not, the goat, pig, five ducks, four hens, and the rooster all came running to meet him at the fence, a flurry of excitement! I brought him back inside, and he will be caged for most of the next two weeks to keep him from moving too much. He also has quite the assortment of meds he’ll be taking. But all things considered, he's still the same lovable Benny! To everyone involved, know that no words can ever express my gratitude. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! GOD BLESS YOU ALL! I’ll be sure to keep the updates coming! To the entire staff at VHS North County San Marcos I can’t express my gratitude enough… And Finally their support is unrivaled, true angels on this earth, to everyone and any at The Face Foundation, know we are forever indebted you, and no words could ever express our gratitude and appreciation for you what you’ve done !!! Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you!! May god truly bless you all!
