Hi, I’m opening this go fund me for a lovely friend Anzelika Nezhinsky. Anzelika is a resident of Latvia. On Oct 25,2022 Anzelika along with her husband and 1 year old daughter came to Canada to visit her husbands family! They were expecting their second child and had planned to visit his family and return to Latvia where they reside and had return flights booked!

Unfortunately Anzelika pregnancy got complicated as she started bleeding! When examined by doctor it turned out that she had complete placenta previa. She was strictly forbidden to fly back to Latvia as this was life threatening for her and her baby! Anzelika was closely monitored by doctors and specialists. She had more bleeding and complications which required her to stay in hospital overnight a few times before the baby was born. Due to these complications and the seriousness of her condition, Jonathan was born via C-section at 33 weeks. The baby still had a long stay in the NICU, but thankfully this was covered by insurance as her husband is a Canadian citizen!

However Anzelika is not a Canadian citizen no insurance is covering her doctor & specialists appointments, emergency room visits and the hospital stays overnight where she had to be monitored due to her complications! Her C-section along with post op care is also not covered! If anyone has the heart to help this young family with unexpected financial burden it would be greatly appreciated!
