Hello everyone,

My name is Hassan Janjua. I have decided to climb Mount Snowdon in March to raise money for the charity ‘Heart Research’ which is very close to my heart. The charity funds pioneering medical research into the prevention, treatment and cure of heart disease. Sadly both of my grandparents passed away from this disease not too long ago and I am doing this climb to raise awareness for this cause. I want to do this climb as a way to carry on my grandparents legacy so they can be remembered for the kind and loving people they were.
