Help support Lewis Eaton

Hello everyone my name is Russ Welch.   A good friend of mine named Lewis Eaton aka Diablew recently was hospitalized from July 7, 2014 - August 14, 2014.  For those of you that have worked with Lew on his custom tuning know his service is second to none.

He went in for surgery on what they thought was a severe case of diverticulitis.  While on the operating table he almost died. The doctors discovered his intestine/colon had ruptured, perforated and all the poison was in his gut. As a result he now wears a colostomy bag, which hopefully they will be able to remove in a few months.  They also discovered Lew has type 2 diabetes while doing blood work.  To say he and his family have been through a lot is an understatement.

Lew has a daughter Courtney who will start college in a few weeks, son Lewis jr, and a wife Sharon.   Unfortunately Lew does not have medical insurance and is self employed now faced with $225,000 plus of unexpected medical bills. Since being hospitalized Lew has been unable to work doing custom tuning and selling auto accessories.  To add to it his wife was laid off two weeks ago from her job at a men's clothing store in Ct.

I I am asking for donations to help Lew and his family with these medical bills in their time of need.  Lew is recovering at home but still has a ways to go.  Let's pull together for this family and pay off his medical bills.

Thank you for your time and donations.
sincerely
