Urgent Help Needed to Keep a Roof Overhead

I have never been the one who asks for help, especially money, but I am STRUGGLING right now. I am 2 months behind on my rent due to the fact that is September of 2023, I went on a Leave of Absence from my job because I hurt my back. For a whole year, I went through having 2 injections, an epidural, and a nerve block done on my back and the doctor still couldn't figure out to help me. All the while I'm sitting here struggling month to month, living on EDD Disability, just trying to pay bills. Fast forward to September 2024, my back is still hurting but I have no choice but to go back to work because my leave of Absence was over and my state Disability ran out. I had to go 4 weeks without any income just waiting for my income from work to kick in and I fell behind on bills, especially my rent for October and now November.

I received a letter and I have 30 days to pay or leave. I'm asking for help because if i lose my apartment, I have nowhere to go. I hate that it's come to this but I have no other options. Thanks for reading and whatever you can do to help!!
