Jawad's Deaf Ear Surgery Fund

Hello Everyone,
Four-year old Jawad Chaaban was born on 10/15/2011 with a hearing disability. He is 90% deaf in one of his ears and 100% deaf in the other.
I was lucky to meet this beautiful little boy Jawad and his family personally during my recent trip to Lebanon. During my visit, I noticed the Chaaban Family are amongst the less fortunate, and do not have much to live off of.
Jawad will be having surgery take place this Friday, January 15, 2016 at Hotel- Dieu de France Hopsital in Beirut, Lebanon.
This surgery will cost a total of $33,000 and The Lebanese Health Ministry is able to help cover $25,000 of that, while the family is repsonsible for the remaining $8,000.
We are hoping to help the family raise the remaining $8,000 plus other expenses for his family, (i.e. recovering expenses, pharmacy expenses; post-surgery medication, travel expenses, etc.). Any donation size, big or small, will help and the Chaaban Family would be more than grateful.
Once we have attianed our goal, (or as close to it as possible), I will withdraw the money and send it to Jawad's mother, Sally, via bank transfer.
