Hello my name is Blaze and when my dad was 10 minutes away from being home his friends let the back door open and I got out and ran up a hill. While everyone was looking for me I got attacked by a coyote or some kind of animal and got a compound fractured jaw and a break in my jaw. I need to have surgery that is very costly and anything helps even if we don't reach our goal. Whatever help is given is forever grateful to me and my owner. Thank you!!❤️
