Hi I’m Felicia. Sawyer is my 11 year old son whose 5th grade elementary teacher is pressing criminal felony charges against him for stealing her cell phone. We never had possession of the phone, in fact it was found while he was home sick on the couch and I was at work. He was harassed and lied to by school officials during school hours, suspended from school, and now they are seeking to destroy an innocent child’s future, with no proof or evidence.

The attorney I’ve obtained refuses to pull bus footage or police records that would prove my son’s innocence. I need a new attorney but have already spent thousands on the one I currently have. Please help me fight this unlawful, down right ridiculous case.
