Help With Funeral Expenses

In Honor of Larry Jones Sr., a man that was well known in the community for his work and for his hobbies. He passed on Sunday December 19, 2021 after a long battle with cancer. He leaves behind four children, Laura, Susie, Larry Jr, Kelsey and one stepson, Justin and his lovely wife Kelly Jones.

 

He was from Haysville where he grew up with his parents Jack and Marlene Jones and two siblings Jack Jr and Stacy.

 

We're doing this to help his wife, Kelly, take care of any further expenses for his funeral arrangements, loan payments, fees, etc. Due to the spread of the cancer, he was unable to work for several months to years at a time. He was on Hospice Care for the last month awaiting his time to go at home.

 

I know it's a difficult time, beings that it's the holidays to go through such a loss and we're all trying our best to help her. So any and all of this is appreciated.

 

He will be missed by many and will leave lasting impressions on all of us. He was loved greatly by everyone around him. His friends in the slot car community gained a friend and a father figure over the years. And the tons of houses he worked on brought in lasting friendships.

 

This is something that blindsided all of us. And losing a father and a friend has been difficult.

 

And Kelly (Mom) , she's doing the best she can to make it by.

 

We appreciate everything you can do. No matter how big or small.

 

Thank you to all of you who have stopped in or stopped by to be supportive. It means a lot to us.

 

There aren't enough words to describe this.. I'm at a loss for them. So, Thank You to everyone.

With everyone's help and donations, we've been able to set up a Memorial Service for Larry to honor him and his family. 

The services will be held in Belle Plaine at the United Methodist Church
