Mark was my future father-in-law. He had a stroke at 41 which left him partially paralyzed. Unfortunately, he was dependent on his elderly parents. His mother passed away May 2020 and his father passed away in July 2021. Mark was diagnosed with Covid three days after his father's funeral. He has been battling post-Covid pneumonia since then. He has been hospitalized multiple times and was actually admitted to a nursing home for rehab in August last year. He had a very limited disability income which the nursing home used to pay for his room. Because of this, he was not left with enough money to pay the installment payments on his funeral prepayment arrangement. He did not have any life insurance or other assets to offset the funeral expenses. Unfortunately we won't have the finances to cover. His original arrangement was upwards towards $15,000 and with us just having a baby, and buying a house we have come to the realization that his original plans are just not feasible. We are hoping to come up with enough funding to cover cremation. Please if you feel led to donate we would truly appreciate it, if not please just keep my fiancé and his brother in your prayers as they are grieving three very important people in their lives that they have lost all within the past three years.
