I’m Kelsey and today I had the humbling privilege of visiting Derian House Children’s Hospice, a place where love, care, and unwavering support transform the lives of children and families facing some of life’s most challenging circumstances.

Walking through the doors today, I immediately felt the warmth and dedication of the staff and volunteers. They radiate positivity, providing not only medical care but also emotional and social support for children with life-limiting conditions.

Meeting some of the children and hearing stories of how Derian House makes such a significant difference in their lives was both inspiring and emotional.

For many of us, it’s easy to take the little things for granted—hearing a laugh, seeing a smile—but here, you realize just how meaningful those moments can be. The families who rely on this incredible hospice know that they are not alone, and that’s thanks to the generosity and kindness of supporters and donors.

Today was a powerful reminder of how compassion and care can truly transform lives. Derian House Children’s Hospice is not just a building; it’s a lifeline, a source of comfort, and a second home for so many.
