Amy's Angel Fund

I am starting this gofundme for my friend, Idalmis.  She has been chosen to help save her sister, Amy.  Amy was diagnosed with Leukemia in late 2015.  Amy has had 4 rounds of chemo, but a bone marrow transplant is what will save her life.  On Christmas day, Idalmis found out that she was a match for her sister.  That was the BEST gift for both of them.  Well,the time has come for Idalmis to have the procedure done to save her sister's life! Unfortunately, this is going to cause her some financial strain as she will have to take at least three weeks off from work UNPAID.  She is also going to have travel expenses as this procedure is going to be in another town away from her husband and young son.  Both Idalmis and her husband are educators and being out of work for this extended amout of time unpaid, is a real financial burden for them.  The money from this fundraiser will go directly to paying thier monthly bills that otherwise will not get paid due to loss of income.  She and I speak on a daily basis and eventhough she knows what a financial crisis this is putting her in, she is focused on saving her sister!  I would be extremely grateful if you would please consider helping my friend and her family during this life altering time for them.  If you cannot give in a monetary way, please keep them all in your prayers.
