Hello!
My name is Andre, and this is my third go-fund-me Christmas campaign!
This year the goal has been set to $2,000 to buy, wrap, tag, and ship Christmas gifts for my sponsored girl, Nalaw,
and her family members, because… this campaign keeps growing bigger every year!!!
More kids, more toys, more joy! ❤️
Can’t wait to open Santa’s workshop!
Christmas is my favorite time of the year along with Halloween, of course!
Why do I do this?
In 2012 I started sponsoring two kids in the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, through
One Spirit South Dakota
In June (2017) I drove for the first time to Pine Ridge with my daughter and Goddaughter (12 and 11 then) to finally meet her and her family.
It was an eye-opening, heartwarming experience, filled with joy, excitement, adventure, laughter, friendship, and caring that left me
wanting to give MORE!
Since 2019 she has been coming to California for summer break.
My daughter and goddaughter have been great friends to discover all these new experiences with!
The beach has always been a favorite spot, Universal Studios was a fun adventure, and this year (2021) finally made it to Disneyland!
Long-lasting friendships, creating great memories, anchoring possibilities, learning from each other, growing up feeling appreciated and important, are some of the reasons I keep creating this yearly fundraiser.
I wish you get as inspired as me and help me fulfill dreams, grow hope, and touch more hearts this year!
Big or small, I appreciate your donations very much!
Sharing this campaign with people that want to get inspired in giving gratefully from their abundance is totally appreciated.
Funds are used to:
•Buy gifts for each of the kids.
•Gifts for the aunties and uncles.
•Stockings with candy and small toys for each member of the family.
•Edible items.
•Gift card for "Buche Foods" supermarket in their reserve.
•Wrapping paper, bags, boxes and cards, and bows.
•USPS shipping.
Life in the Reservations can be challenging in general and this campaign is a way to extend caring and joy, one kid (and grown-up kid)
at a time.
