Baby Charlie, born at 23 weeks

Recently, my sister in law, Georgette Sliger, gave birth to baby Charlie John. He was born at only 23 weeks gestation, weighing 1lb 9oz. He’s currently in NICU, and could need up to a 6 month stay there.
Georgette is in SICU herself due to some complications.
Charlie (dad) and Georgette have a 3 year old daughter, and will need to travel back and forth in combination with some hotel stays, as well as any possible additional medical expenses, ext.
