Mission Trip to The DR

Dear Friends & Family,                                                      

I have some exciting news to share with you! I have been accepted to participate on the short-term mission trip this summer to the Dominican Republic! My heart is grateful for the door God has opened for me to learn more about what He is doing around the world.


Even though I spent my early years with my family in Mexico, my recent health issues have kept me from going on a cross-cultural trip. But missionaries at GO Ministries (www.gomin.org) have a medical facility that will allow me to safely participate in a trip this summer. I will have a wide variety of opportunities on this trip to engage in evangelism, outreach, teaching VBS lessons, reaching out to the homeless, assisting with church plants, and just being the hands and feet of Jesus to others. I am excited, and I'm looking forward to what God will do IN me and THROUGH me.


Please pray for me! Pray that God will prepare my heart for this mission trip and bless my efforts. Pray that my financial needs will be met. I need to raise $2,000.00 for this trip. Would you consider supporting me with a contribution for my trip? My expenses need to be paid full before I go. The dates of my trip are July 31 through August 7. The prayers you offer will be what helps me actually have the strength to live and work there. For someone with an autoimmune disorder, this trip can be challenging. However, I am confident that God will help me to go.
