Help For Joshua

Hi my name is Ben and I have a brother named Joshua who I myself  and my family support due to him having down syndrome. My family has been struggling financially for years to meet Joshua’s needs. I am 23 years old and I've been working very hard since high school graduation to help my family make ends meet. You see my Brother who is 22 years old has down syndrome and has very low verbal skills. My brother has always been the sweetest person you would ever meet. But up until these past 4 years he has been getting more and more aggressive to the point where for my mother and those around Joshua are unsafe.  Joshua cannot be left alone with my mom or anyone else who does not possess the knowledge and physical strength too handel Joshua’s violent outbursts. Now at first we didn't know why his attitude was changing, until these past 2 years . We found out he was sexually assaulted on multiple occasions even 2 yrs prior to that date.  After many doctor visits and much research he was diagnosed with PTSD(Post-traumatic stress disorder). Also due to his lack of speech we were advised not to put Joshua into any institution or hospitalization where we could only visit him. You see since he has trouble speaking they wouldn't really help him mentally and emotionally.They would be able to restrain him but that's it. But being placed into a facility with strangers who would try to restrain him would be even more scarring to his psyche. So I had to drop down from working around 52 hours a week to 0 hours a week. When I was working 50  hours a week things were very hard still with finances, but now they seem impossible. But I know my Lord Jesus will provide for all our needs. Sincerely,Ben   P.s Joshua needs increase financial help. due to his PTSD for all medical,Psychological,social and emotional needs. for example Psychologist on the holistic and medical side, Hyperbaric oxygen Treatments, And other things too numerous to list. The reason why we are trying to go towards the holistic side is because of the medication that is doing so much harm to his body. since he went on meds he has gain about 40 pounds, and have many negative side effects that has landed him in the hospital more than once. In addition we need a car to bring Joshua to the places he needs to be go.
