On Mother’s Day, every mother’s worst fear came true for Taylor. She was in bed just about to go to sleep with her daughter when she saw smoke and flames coming down the hallway. She had to immediately run out of the apartment with only her daughter. No chance to grab any belongings—no purse, wallet, car keys, not even a pair of shoes.

I am so incredibly grateful that they are alive! So endlessly thankful that they hadn’t gone to sleep yet. However, this is devastating for Taylor and her daughter. Zena just had her first birthday last month and now everything is gone.

Our family would absolutely appreciate any help that can be given to help Taylor and Zena try to get back what was lost.
