Yesterday, July 3rd 2025, my mother, Anna Szyc, passed away unexpectedly at 43 years old. Residing in Brooklyn, New York with her mother and son, she was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, teacher, and member of her community. Following this sudden loss, I am left with both medical and funeral expenses that I, as a 19 year old student, struggle to pay. I ask for help from her friends, family, and community to help honor my mother. Anything is appreicated and will greatly help me during this devastating time. The date of the funeral is still being decided.
