Help Rebuild After a Series of Unfortunate Events

UPDATE BELOW - $8,000 more in fraudulent chargebacks this week!!!! I'm up to $24,500 that people have attempted to steal from me in the past two weeks. WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?!!? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONATE OR SHARE IF YOU CAN. I CANNOT PAY MY RENT OR MORTGAGE TODAY. (And please know that YES I have an attorney; I am filing criminal charges; I have changed all passwords; all accounts have 2-step authentication; and I unfortunately will need to shut down the bank account that has been stolen from - even tho' EVERY bill autopay is through there ugggggghhhh). This is costing me tens of thousands of dollars to date ($30,000+ including the repurcussions); I have had 3 bad asthma attacks to due to the stress - first time as an adult that I could not breathe due to an asthma attack due to my Long COVID "smokers' lungs" and the intense stress. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE.

I try to be kind, always. Yet life is not always fair - and In the past six weeks, I have faced some of the greatest challenges of this lifetime.

Here's a partial list since June 14th:

~ June 14th: Got into a terrifying motorbike accident in Bali that could have killed me.

~ It didn't but chest X-rays (to ensure that my ribs were not broken and had not punctured my lungs or heart) revealed that I have Long COVID - smokers' lungs despite never having smoked.

~ I now essentially have asthma as an adult.

~ Two days ago, for the first time in my life, I had an asthma attack where I briefly couldn't breathe. TERRIFYING. I have had two more since.

~ This asthma attack unfortunately was brought on by the stress of a psychotic former client who - DESPITE ME OVERDELIVERING ON THE CONTRACT, GIVING HER THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF PRO-BONO SERVICES, AND LANDING HER A TEDX TALK WITHIN 3 MONTHS - A PERSONAL RECORD - mysteriously decided to come for me... She has successful stolen $17,500 (!!!!!!!) from me so far.

~ She initiated a chargeback with American Express claiming "services not delivered" - a BLATANT EASILY PROVABLE LIE BECAUSE YOU CAN JUST GOOGLE HER TEDX TALK TO SEE I DELIVERED WHAT I PROMISED: LANDING HER A TALK.

~ I have a non-disparagement clause in my contract with her, and cannot reveal her identity but if you reach out to me and guess correctly, I will confirm it.

~ She then went after me in PayPal, even AirBnB (She works in tech and must have friends there!?!!).

~ I currently CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS in Stripe OR PayPal - my main processing systems - because of this nightmare.

~ While I should be healing my lungs on a family vacation, I have been forced to spend probably 60+ hours dealing with this insanity. I have had to spend hours with the police, compiling police reports. I have to see if I can get a restraining order.

~ To add insult to injury, people I thought were in my inner circle accused me of being mentally ill and needing help when I warned them about her. Good times.

~ I currently have a NEGATIVE BANK ACCOUNT BALANCE of $11,500 (despite having a record month last month in my business) while my money that my clients send me on payment plans this month is trapped where I cannot access it.

~ IMAGINE if I did not have loving and supportive family and friends! Someone else might be evicted. What if she did this to a single Mom?!!?? who then could not feed their kids or put gas in the car to get to work!?!?!?!!!??!?!?!!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!!??!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!!

~ I also had the brakes go on my car WHILE I WAS DRIVING IT two weeks ago... !!!! (you cannot even make this stuff up!!!!)

~ AND my ex-boyfriend of five years broke up with me. Good times. I had to move out of Ithaca. I'm staying with family.

~ AND my former landlord in Troy now wants all my stuff out of the apartment I am subletting to a dear friend by October so he can likely double the rent. Isn't late stage capitalism awesome?!?!?!?!!?!

I could have died not one, not two, but THREE times in the past month (horrible accident, brakes go on car while driving it, asthma attack and cannot breathe).

Things are a LITTLE stressful LOL. Your prayers and support and of course anything at all you can give are soooo welcomed. ❤
