My name is Reverend Mother Crystal McKinney. I am the pastor of Precious Moments Chapel of Life Ministries and the mother of 2 talented sons and 2 amazing daughters. For the past 11years my family and I have run several programs for the under privileged unhoused, disabled, and unheard across the Bay Area of such as: Women Empowering Themselves (WET), Anti Bullying Back Unit (ABBU), 2 Amazing, Kids and Company, McKinney Christian Academy, Camp Kickin' It, and the God Squad. My 2 beautiful daughters with compassionate hearts and loving souls decided they wanted to specialize in working with the long-term homeless. These endeavors are the brainchild of this awesome program they created: Dare2change . Since then our family has endured hardships like my health (a heart attack, 2 strokes and identity theft). Through all of this we prayed for an answer. My creative assistant and I tried looking through Craigslist for houses and apts. for rent. It was a nightmare! We could not afford to rent and continue supporting Dare2change clients without giving up something important. Then we found the answer. This awe inspiring couple has a box van that they wanted to sell that fit in perfectly with our future plans for Dare2change! With this van our family will be able to continue helping the unhoused that are long-term users to not only function but to re-enter society as a confident, social, enlightened people with  employment.   Personally I am asking for your help with providing my family with stable housing so that we can convert vehicles such as this into tiny mobile homes for clients while in recovery.
