Head stone for a Princess

My name is Holly Phillips and I'm a home healthcare nurse that takes care of high skilled medically needed kids and babies in the comfort of their homes. I have had the blessed privilage of caring for this princess for the last 2 years. This is Brandy and shes 5 years old born with Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome. She has overcome many obstacles and lived far past what any Dr. has informed us she would. Our little Miracle. She was the happiest little girl as you can see from her contagious stunning smile. She had a trach, life support machine, and feeding tubes to sustain life but she was a fighter and never stopped smiling through it all. She touched the lives of anybody she came into contact with and was loved very very dearly. She was my angel and blessing. Going to work and seeing that happy little girl just smiling so bright actually helped me through some of the toughest times I may have been struggling with in my own life. Unfortunately, on the morning of Aug. 12, 2014, our sweet Angel girl lost her courageous battle and is now in God's loving arms. Words cant describe how much this baby girl will be missed. She was the daughter to a very loving mommy and daddy who are now like family to me. Like a majority of our country, family is below poverty level and struggling very hard to cover the costs for this baby girl to have an appropriate marking for her final resting spot. During the last part of her life I had the ultimate pleasure of working hand in hand with another very special nurse, Laura Greco. The impact of her death has also affected her in extreme ways. Together we have brainstormed on how we could raise the money to fullfill this final step for this baby girl. It was then that Laura's daughter, Natalie Greco came forth and stated she would take on this task as her senior project and I was graciously asked to be her mentor through this project over the next year.
