Hi, I am Wayne’s daughter Christina. As most of you know, my Dad had a severe stroke on February 2nd, the day after his 75th birthday. He was air lifted to the Infirmary in Halifax to have a clot dissolved, he is currently paralyzed on his left side along with speech impairment. I have set up this GoFundMe in order to take some strain off of my Mom and to help toward any expenses that may arise . Dad has always been outgoing and there to help out in the community whenever needed. He is being transferred to the Yarmouth Regional Hospital to begin his rehabilitation, every little bit would help the family with any unexpected expenses. Thank you in advance!

Update:  Dad is now at the Yarmouth Regional in ICU.  We were told that he still has clots in his neck that need to be dissolved. He is going to have a long road ahead but he seems to be in better spirits. Thank you to everyone that has donated so far, the generosity has touched both of my parents and they want you to know how appreciated it is
