To Family, Friends & kind strangers,

As many of you know, our mom Debbie is in need of a liver transplant. She is not just a mother to us, but a loving grandmother to five grandkids who adore her and spending time with her. Our mother has always been the first to lend a helping hand to anyone and is always willing to support anyone who needs her.

For many years, our mother has been living with a non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD) and unfortunately, the disease has advanced into the end stages of cirrhosis. After many consultations with her medical team, we've learned that the only way to give her a chance at survival is a liver transplant.

While we remain hopeful, the financial burden is overwhelming. The cost of the transplant surgery, recovery, and ongoing medical needs, including transportation, home nurse/care, and lifelong rejection medications, is far beyond what she/we can afford.

The journey ahead will be long, difficult, and both emotionally and financially. We are reaching out to family, friends, and our community for support during this challenging time.
