My name is Jim Zaborowski. I am 64 yrs old. I have been out of work for two years due to a work related back injury. My Workers' Comp runs out in July 2025. I was hoping that I would be better and return to work, but they (doctors) haven't been able to get me fixed yet. My next step is possibly back surgery. I have been living paycheck to paycheck and have been renting the same place for over 18 years. I have applied for SSD to try and give me another year to get better, but the process is slow. I wish I didn't have to do this through Gofundme, but I don't know what to do about my situation in a urgent matter.
