Emergency Housing Crisis — Help a Disabled Army Combat Medic
Donation protected
Hi, I’m Nameless—a disabled U.S. Army combat medic—and I’m in a really tough spot right now.
Earlier this month, my electrical box blew out, and I lost power for several days. I had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed, because I rely on electricity not just for myself, but for my pet lizards who can’t survive without heat and light. There was no way around it—I had to act fast, even though I didn’t have the money.
Not long after that, my PC got hit with a Trojan virus and my YouTube channel was hijacked. I managed to get the channel back, but the damage was already done—between the cost of restoring my power and the downtime from the hack, I’ve fallen into serious debt.
Now, my mortgage payment is about to go through automatically, and I still don’t have the funds. By the end of June, I’m expecting to be $2,420 in the red, and I’m running out of time to stop things from getting worse.
I hate having to ask for help like this, but I’m out of options. If you can spare anything, it would go directly toward helping me stay housed and get back on my feet. And if you can’t donate, sharing this helps more than you know.
Thank you for taking the time to read this—it means the world.
