Hello my family, friends and the like,
I’m starting a Business in Hamilton, Ontario, that supports empowering people of all ages, races and genders! Together we will be taking great strides of momentum through movement, dance parties, music, singing, creative arts, fun fitness, yoga, sound healing, breathwork, and guided meditation. The goal is to assist people with their inner journey work through practices of embodiment while creating open hearted safe spaces for all of us to come together as a community.
Collectively we will be raising the vibes!
