Cystric Fibrosis Lung Transplant

Hello everyone, we are doing this for my older brother Nestor. A year ago my brother was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, which is untreatable lung disease. We have gone months searching with many doctors for the right treatment, until thankfully we found UNC Hospital Pulmonary Speciality Clinic in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The disease is slowly drying and shrinking his lungs which is affecting his breathing, he is on a oxygen tank throughout the day and has been on disability for about 11 months. Since there is no cure to this disease, a lung transplant is the only solution to keep him alive. The hospital that is willing to do the transplant surgery needs us to have a certain amount of money before the operation. The amount needed is $20,000, the hospital will not do the operation until all the money is present. This surgery will be the only way to save my brothers life, or at least help fight the disease a bit more.  This fundraiser is to raise money for covering the costs for medicines, and hospital bills that won't be covered by health insurance. My family and I are willing to give some money but unfortunately it still is an large amount that we cannot cover. We will accept and be grateful with any type of donation, any amount makes a difference. We would never thought we would have to do this but this is our only option. Nestor is 48 years old and is a resident in Charlotte, North Carolina, he is the father of 4 kids with his youngest child who is 10 years old. Please we need help as soon as possible, as the days are passing by and my brother is getting weaker and weaker. Hola a todos, mi hermano Nestor a sido diagnosticado con Fibrosis Pulmonal una enfermedad en los pulmones que no tiene cura, esta es una enfermedad el cual sus pulmones van secándose y reduciendose hasta producirle la muerte. En estos momentos el esta incapacitado para trabajar porque cualquier mínimo esfuerzo físico que haga debilita sus pulmones y su estado físico. Después de varios meses de visitas medicas para encontrar algún tratamiento, se encontró el Hospital Chapel Hill en North Carolina especialista en enfermedades pulmonales, el hospital considera que la única solución es un transplante de pulmones el cual ellos están disponibles en hacerlo. El motivo  de que estamos recaudando dinero es porque el hospital aparte de una larga lista de cosas de que se deben de hacer antes de la cirugía, necesita que el tenga mínimo $20.000 dólares en una cuenta bancaria, los cuales van a ser utilizada para medicinas o exámenes medicos que su seguro de salud no cubra. Es una suma grande de dinero pero no imposible de alcanzar, estoy segura que con la ayuda de amigos, familiares y otras personas que  tengan la oportunidad de leer este caso se va a llagar a la meta deseada.
Por favor necesitamos su ayuda lo mas pronto posible, cualquier ayuda es agradecida. Cada día que pasa sus pulmones se debilitan.
