Cystic Fibrosis Mom needs Portable Oxygen machine

I have been dealing with Cystic fibrosis since birth in 1984. I had great care from my Dr. and my Dad and Mom worked around the clock to keep me as healthy as I could be.  Now I am 35  years old and have 3 beautiful healthy children . Madey is 11 , Teigan my 7 year old son and our baby Isley who is 4 years old . 
I could write a book and tell you my crazy adventures but I need to keep this short .
I have been put on a double lung transplant list ,and my husband Charlie and our three kids moved here to CT. A little over a year from MN so I could be placed on this transplant list . It has been so hard being far from family and close friends.
But now I have been faced with another challenge !
My walk test for oxygen only went down to 90% 
If it's not below 89% Insurance will not have at my oxygen bill needs ! 
So I really need to raise a little for an inogen machine which is lightweight and perfect for me with three kids and my strength that has gone down .  
Please, please I beg for your support and help to try and raise money for the inogen oxygen concentrater. They range from 2,800-3,800 dollars so we need just a little help so I can purchase this machine .
