Cyril's Kidney Transplant Fund




 My brother, Cyril, 37 years  old,  has been suffering from kidney disease for quite sometime already. He was in dialysis for the last 3 years.  After suffering from  a fatal complication last November, he was advised by his doctor that the best course forward is to undergo kidney transplant.   After undergoing several cross matching, Cyril found a donor. We are blessed to find out that Girlie, his wife can donate one of her kidneys. 

The kidney transplant preparation, although taxing, went smoothly. Until they hit a snag. They found out that their last hope to finance the transplant was not approved. They did not qualify for a loan. Frantically, they called their friends, their family and other donors to help them.  But even with their help, they are still short of money. 

This is their last resort. Cyril and Girlie are hoping for generous hearts to help them with this challenge.Kidney transplant in the Philippines is expensive.  With 3 kids in elementary school and as the only one working in thefamily, Cyril can not afford a kidney transplant. With your generosity, he'll be able to get the transplant and continue serving his  countrty and his family.  This will certainly help him pay for his medical bills and medicines. 

And by the way, inspite of him being in dialysis twice a week, he continues to discharge his duties as a policeman in our province, which he loves to do.
