Medical costs after lung transplant for Cyrena

This is My Forever Foster Daughter Cyrena and she has Cystic Fibrosis a lung disease that has caused her a lifetime of breathing treatments, medications , surgeries  and hospital stays. Cyrena currently has limited Mobility due to being on oxygen and needs a double lung transplant out of state. Cyrena grew up in the foster care system for most of her childhood. I met Cyrena while working in a group home and we just clicked and after a year I was able to become her foster Mother. Cyrena is an awesome young lady who one day wants to become and auto mechanic and open up her own shop. Despite Cyrena's struggles with cystic fibrosis she is always positive and willing to help out when she can. Currently Cyrenas Dr is trying to get her listed out of state for a double lung transplant and insurance won't cover this surgery out of state..
