At the behest of my daughters and several other folks, it was decided to create this page to raise funds for the considerable medical bills that I am going to be facing over the next 6 months or so. 

What has happened?  Emergency room visit via 911 call and ambulance ride. 9 day hospital stay, emergency transfusion, multiple tests (colonoscopy, ct scan, etc).  Colo-rectal tumor found.  Temporary colostomy, grapefruit sized tumor removed, liver biopsy, port installed.

What is on tap? 5-6 weeks of chemotherapy and radiation treatments to ensure colo-rectal tumor remnants are gone and to treat issue with liver.  Reverse colostomy.
