A Devastating Loss: Help Us Rebuild After the Fire
Early Saturday morning , tragedy struck when my parents’ home was devastated by a fire. While we are incredibly grateful that everyone made it out safely, our hearts are broken to share that we lost our beloved family cat, Bella, in the flames.
Bella wasn’t just a pet — she was family. A soft, steady presence in our lives, she brought comfort and love in ways that words can’t fully capture. Losing her so suddenly and tragically has left a hole in our hearts.
In the middle of this heartbreaking moment, we’ve been overwhelmed with love and support from our family, friends, and neighbors. Your prayers, kind words, and thoughtful gestures have meant more than we can ever express.
I want to give special thanks to my amazing sisters @laurenyarak and @jamierose562 for stepping up to help pack up what valuables could be salvaged, and to @_mackenzie91 for your help securing a storage unit during the chaos. I truly don’t know what we’d do without you.
As we face the long journey of healing and rebuilding, we are humbly asking for financial support to help get my parents into a new place as quickly as possible. Sadly, there’s no time to fully grieve — because when you live paycheck to paycheck, the world doesn’t pause, even when everything else feels like it has.
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, it would make an enormous difference. If you can’t donate, please consider sharing this page and keeping our family in your prayers.
And please — hug your loved ones a little tighter today, both the two-legged and the four-legged ones. ᥫ᭡
With love and gratitude,
Andrea Armstrong
