Hi my name is Alex morales, on Saturday April 23, 2022 @9:30am I received a call that would forever change my life, a parents worst nightmare. The call was from the hospital saying my daughter, Cynthia meza a young 28 year old, free spirited, happy, loving and caring young lady, was in the hospital because she’s had a brain aneurysm caused by AVM (not hereditary). A condition we didn’t know existed, nevertheless imagined she had it . AVM is a short term for Arteriovenous malformations which in human words means artery and vein malformation in the brain. She had emergency surgery and is now in a medical induced coma & will remain this way for the next 2-3weeks. In surgery they removed a portion of her skull & cerebellum,(she will need to learn to walk, talk. Etc.) then they will stop sedating her and they will see what damages were actually done from the aneurysm. Please everyone one check yourselves for AVM, your kids, grandchildren, everyone! If they catch it on time you can prevent this situation. All I ask for continuous prays for her. I have faith she will make it but for now we just have to wait.
