Cynthia is a wife, mother, and nurse..... she also happens to be my twin sister. She has no family history of breast cancer and is still so young. This has been a total shock to all of us. She needs our help and support.

Cynthia was recently diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma stage 1, HER2-positive, grade 3 (meaning most aggressive form) breast cancer. At only 37-years-old, Cynthia will be starting chemotherapy shortly followed by surgery for double mastectomy, radiation, and more chemotherapy to continue for a year after her surgery. Due to the pandemic, Cynthia can not risk working through this. Cynthia is still willing and wanting to work, she can not risk contracting Covid-19 and should not be an option.

Cynthia is strong, tough, positive and is willing to do anything and everything to beat this. She isn’t one to ask for help or accept charity. So I’m doing anything I can for her. Not having an income coming in and not knowing what medical bills you will be inundated with is a burden. The last thing we want is for Cynthia to stress about it. Anything is much appreciated. We also appreciate the positive energy and prayers. Thank you.
