****************UPDATE****************
December 23,2024 I had brain surgery, and was released the 25th. Since the 25th nothing seems to be getting better, I could not hold food down nor any meds days went by were the headaches were unbearable. I finally gave in and asked to go to the hospital the 31st, I was shot up with morphine and sent with more meds to add on top of the oxy. When I got home morphine held up good till the next day, everything went down hill twice as bad, I was able to tough it out till Friday were I was screaming in agony from the head ache and throwing up. When I got to the hospital I was not taken seriously until I called my surgeon, I was finally made a priority. They gave me fentanyl for pain and rushed for testing since I was showing signs of infection. They did a spinal tap. Finally after a night full of morphine every 4 hrs they were able to find I had Bacterial Meningitis which is deadly if not treated. My surgeon also found that my body may be rejecting my graph which is another problem, if by the end of my meds my body continues the rejection I will be unfortunately opened up again and be in recovery longer. I was so emotional being allowed to leave on my sons birthday I hadn’t seen my babies in so long because of everything. But I will say I am glad to know who actually cares and who is there for me. I thank my family and friends for all the support especially those who visited and checked up often. Lets see where 2025 takes us. All I can do now is continue my IV meds at home and hope for the best. I hope this clears up some questions.
I am here asking for your help to raise money for my sister's necessities during her recovery. She is a 26-year-old single mother of 2 children. She was diagnosed with Cerebellar Tonsillar Ectopia. Her operation is scheduled for December 23, 2024. It will be a minimum of 8 weeks of recovery. She won’t be able to move, bend over, watch her kids, cook, work, or lift heavy objects, and that all depends on how she wakes up after surgery. I really know that this kind of help would help her keep her home and bill payments up to date while she recovers and is able to go back to work.
Anything helps and is appreciated!
