Cynthia Spencer in Jack Watts Memory ❤️
On 12th July, I was meant to be a bridesmaid for my wonderful friends Charlotte and Jack.
Tragically, Jack passed away on 17th May after an incredibly brave battle with brain cancer. We laid Jack to rest last week in a beautiful service, with Charlotte and Jack’s wedding song playing.
In his final weeks, Jack was cared for with extraordinary compassion by the team at Cynthia Spencer Hospice — support that meant so much to him and everyone who loved him. The team at Cynthia came to Jack’s funeral and cried with all of us. Truly the best and most caring hospice team you could wish for.
After swearing I’d never do another marathon, I’ll be completing Snowdon Marathon on what would have been their wedding day. I’m doing it in Jack’s memory. Everyone has been so unbelievably generous throughout this journey, and we can’t thank you all enough. We hope to continue to raise funds in his memory so that other families can experience the kindness and compassion of the hospice in the darkest days of their lives. The staff there are real life heroes.
If you are able to, please consider donating - every contribution truly makes a difference.
Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
