Cynthia was a loving, caring mother that struggled with breast cancer for 12 years, and just over 2 years ago, she lost her left eye to melanoma. She struggled with various types of chemo over the past few years without success and was granted a UCLA trial 6 weeks ago which caused her much pain and suffering, but she was still very active with her kids and recently drove to Utah for a river rafting trip with fellow BSA Scout friends while her husband Charles had to work.
Not long after returning and making numerous travels back and forth to UCLA in Westwood/Santa Monica for treatment and lab work, she lost her battle with cancer on July 28, 2020 at Huntington Hospital while trying to get relief from her pain.
This fund is to help cover her final expenses for her to be placed next to her parents at Live Oak Memorial Park, Monrovia California.
