We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Cynthia Mbabazi Wangwe 29 years of Bicester, Oxfordshire, who passed away yesterday evening.

Cynthia was a bright and determined young woman, studying Information Technology at the University of Northampton, and bravely battled kidney complications for six years.

She was a loving sister to Robert Bisagaya and a cherished daughter, sister, and friend to many. Her sudden passing has deeply affected her family and the wider community.

As friends and community, we are coming together to support her family and raise funds to assist with funeral expenses and burial or repatriation arrangements.
