Cynon Valley P.A.L.S fundraiser

On June 7th, 2025, my good friend Craigo and I will be walking 20 miles from Penrhiwceiber to Cardiff Bay in support of Cynon Valley P.A.L.S – a charity that means a lot to me personally.

Cynon Valley P.A.L.S (Play and Leisure Services) provides vital respite care for families of children with disabilities. They offer fun, structured activities and day trips for children aged 3–11, giving families a much-needed break and helping kids build confidence and social skills in a safe, supportive environment.

This cause is especially close to my heart as my son Noah is autistic, and I’ve seen firsthand how important these services are for children like him and their families.
