In Loving Memory of Cyndi Urdaneta

On the morning of June 12th, our beloved Cyndi Urdaneta passed away suddenly from a heart attack. Her loss has left her family and friends in deep sorrow, as it came with no warning and no time to prepare.

A Life Filled with Love, Faith, and Service

Cyndi was raised in the Deer Park/La Porte area and spent nearly 30 years as a hairdresser, helping others feel confident, beautiful, and truly seen. She had a unique gift for making people feel cared for—whether they sat in her salon chair or simply crossed her path.

She was strong in her faith in God, prayed daily, and was always on a journey to deepen her relationship with Him. Her life was guided by love, compassion, and a deep devotion to her family and friends.

Most recently, Cyndi moved back home to help care for her parents—a reflection of the selflessness that defined her character.

A Love Story and a New Chapter

Six years ago, Cyndi met the love of her life, Alexandrick, and their bond quickly turned into a beautiful marriage. Together, they traveled for his work assignments, and Cyndi embraced every adventure with a smile and grace.

She also raised a wonderful son Alec Miller, who is now preparing to begin his next chapter with his fiancée. Cyndi was incredibly proud and excited for the future of her family.

We’re raising funds to help cover the funeral and memorial service costs to honor Cyndi’s life the way she deserves.

While the family plot has already been secured, the remaining expenses for the funeral services are beyond what the family can manage alone. Cyndi’s husband, Alexandrick, recently started a new job and is still within his 90-day probationary period, which unfortunately meant no life insurance coverage was in place yet.
