My name is Alison and I am Cylus's proud Aunty A. I am raising funds to support Cylus's gymnastics dreams.
Cylus competes in Trampoline and Tumbling Gymnastics (TG) which consists of three events: Trampoline, Tumbling and Double Mini Trampoline.
This past April, at the BC Gymnastics Championship, Cylus:
- Won Gold Medals in all three of their events.
- Scored a perfect 10 for their trampoline routine in the finals, which is very rare.
- Received an award, granting them the title of TG Provincial All-Around Champion. This accomplishment is for earning the highest score of all competition levels 1-4, which combine all genders.
Because of their impressive performance, Cylus has been selected to represent the province on Team BC at the Western Canada Cup. This year, Westerns are being held in Winnipeg in early June.
I am raising funds to help get my hard-working sister Julie and her family to this event. Team BC uniforms, travel and accommodation are all significant expenses, which are added to the high cost of Cylus's yearly training fees.
Let's get this amazing kid to Westerns and beyond!
