On September 12th, 2021, heaven gained an angel. Lamar Burks was only 39 years old when he lost his battle to COVID-19. Sadly, he left behind his beautiful wife Melissa, and three intelligent children, Kalyani Cynthia (12), Destiny Monae (6) and Santino Adonis (2).

If anyone knew Lamar Burks, they knew him as the gentle giant who would feed your soul. His passion for food and cooking/feeding others is what brought everyone together. He was the most loyal, down to earth, and loving guy. Above all, he was the most family oriented guy you’d ever meet.

 

I am asking for donations to help the Burks family financially, especially now since Melissa is raising three children alone. All proceeds will go to the Burks family to help them with groceries, bills, day care, etc.
