Hi, my name is Dylan. One of my best friends recently lost their father, Cass, due to heart  issues.  One thing that Cass loved was cycling. He adored it. So in honour of Cass and to raise awareness of heart conditions , along with some of my close family, I will be cycling the capital ring (84 miles), a route around London in one day. We were not asking for much, but donations are deeply appreciated from the bottom of our hearts.
