Cycling from DIEPPE to LORGUES

1000 kilometres, or there about. I am cycling from the south west of London, across the whole of France and down to Saint-Tropez to raise awareness for men's mental health.

Over the last few years I have realised that all people of all walks of life go through all sorts of different trials and tests of their mental stability and I wanted to make myslef feel like I had helped in some way with at least someone. So I thought I should do what I love best, cycling and travelling, all in one.

The task will hopefully take me less than 14 days although I am not looking to make it a race. I want to show off the beautiful French country-side and spread the vital awareness that you are not alone in your endeavours.
