This October marks two years since we shared our precious but brief time with our son, Otis. To honour his memory, I’m challenging myself to cycle 125 miles in a single day, visiting the hospitals that have been part of my family’s journey.

On 29th October 2025, I’ll start at UCL Hospital Euston and ride via Great Ormond Street, Princess Alexandra in Harlow, Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, and Peterborough Hospital, before finally heading home.

Growing up, I spent a lot of time in hospitals myself—living with Arthrogryposis as a child, then Leukaemia as a teenager. Later, with our three beautiful daughters and Otis, hospitals became an even bigger part of our story. That’s why this route feels so meaningful.

I’ll be raising money for three incredible charities:
• The Arthrogryposis Group – supporting children and families living with Arthrogryposis
• Young Lives vs Cancer – helping young people and their families face cancer
• 4Louis – supporting families through the heartbreak of baby loss

Every mile I ride will be in memory of Otis and powered by your support. Please donate—big or small—to help these charities continue their amazing work.

Thank you so much,
Shaun x
