Per chi ancora non mi conosce, sono Stefano La Torre e negli ultimi anni sono alle prese con una delle sfide più grandi di sempre: il giro del mondo in bicicletta.

Finora ho già attraversato Europa, Africa e Asia, pedalando oltre 40.000 km tra deserti, montagne e culture completamente diverse.

Ora il viaggio continua nel continente americano, dove mi aspettano circa 25.000 km dal Nord al Sud America.

Chi viaggia lo sa: qui il costo della vita è molto alto, e sostenere un viaggio del genere non è affatto semplice.

Spesso ricevo messaggi da persone che vorrebbero supportare questa avventura, e per questo ho deciso di riaprire questa raccolta fondi: per continuare a portare avanti il viaggio, condividere le storie che incontro lungo la strada e, quando possibile, dare una mano anche ai progetti locali che incrocerò lungo il cammino.

For those who don’t know me yet, my name is Stefano La Torre, over the past few years I’ve been taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life: cycling around the world.

So far I’ve already crossed Africa and Asia, riding more than 40,000 km through deserts, mountains and completely different cultures.

Now the journey continues through the American continent, where about 25,000 km await me from North to South America.

Anyone who travels knows that the cost of living here is very high, and sustaining a journey like this day after day is not always easy.

I often receive messages from people asking how they can support this adventure, so I decided to reopen this fundraising campaign: to keep the journey going, share the stories I encounter along the road and, whenever possible, support local projects I meet along the way.
